It also invites all participants to begin their own charism discernment journey by taking a charism discernment assessment. The final session will guide you through discussion of your own possible charisms and give you an opportunity to respond to the potential charisms of others in your group, collaboratively beginning the discernment process by getting valuable feedback from people that know you and have likely experienced the use of your gifts.This study is an incredible way to grow in awareness of what the Holy Spirit is doing – both in the past and what he hopes to do in the future, while also naming and valuing what the Holy Spirit is doing in your small group specifically right now. This study is appropriate for all ages from college and up, and is best undertaken with a group where members know each other, at least a little bit, to be able to speak into each other’s gifting‘s.
