Founding Cohort Agreement — January 19–20, 2027

This supplement applies to dioceses that register for the founding cohort of Build Your Diocesan Team. It works alongside the Diocesan Team License Agreement.

1. Founding pricing, locked

Your year-one price and your $499 annual renewal are locked for as long as your renewal is continuous — if pricing rises later, if the renewal rate changes, if tier structures change, you stay where you came in. Your per-assessment rate is likewise locked at $6.99. A lapse in renewal ends the lock; re-enrollment is at then-current pricing.

2. The reference obligation

Founding terms come with one ask. As a founding diocese, you agree to:

• A documented case study — within your team’s first year, you’ll work with us to tell the story of what your team did: interviews with team members, the numbers you’re comfortable sharing, and what you’d tell another diocese.
• Permission to be named — we may name your diocese as a founding cohort member and in the case study, with your review of anything before it’s published.
• A reference conversation, occasionally — you’re willing to take a call or make an introduction when another diocese wants to hear from someone who has done this, at a pace that respects your time.

Nothing sensitive gets published: you review every use of your diocese’s name, numbers, and quotes before it goes anywhere.

3. The cohort is recorded

The founding cohort takes place January 19–20, 2027. Both mornings are recorded, and the recording becomes part of what every registered diocese receives.

4. If your team can’t attend live

Registration is not refundable. If your team isn’t able to attend the live mornings — a scheduling conflict, or any other reason — your team receives:

• The full recording of the most recent cohort’s training, immediately, so nothing waits; and
• A live seat at the next scheduled cohort at no additional cost.

Everything else keeps moving from the day you registered: training courses, dashboard, and your founding pricing and terms are all unaffected.

5. Scheduling

The founding cohort meets on two consecutive virtual mornings, Tuesday, January 19 and Wednesday, January 20, 2027, with team working sessions at your own chancery each afternoon. Session times are set with registered dioceses’ time zones in view.
