Diocesan Team License Agreement

This agreement is between Favoring Brave, LLC d/b/a Many Parts Ministries (“Many Parts”) and the diocese named at registration (“the Diocese”). It covers what the Diocese’s trained team may do with Many Parts materials, and what both of us owe each other while the license is active.

1. What the license covers

While the Diocese’s annual term is active, the named members of its trained team may:

• Present general charism presentations and events anywhere within the Diocese — parishes, schools, offices, ministries, and diocesan gatherings — using the training, presentation materials, worksheets, and Next Steps Menus Many Parts provides for team use.
• Administer the charism assessment at events and in follow-up, at the per-assessment rate in effect for the Diocese (founding-cohort dioceses: locked at $6.99), billed at actual count.
• Use the diocesan assessment dashboard, including the parishes, schools, and offices beneath it.

2. What the license does not cover

• The six unique charism formation days (diocesan staff · catechists and ministry leaders · deacons · priests · school faculty · diocesan school systems) are delivered by Many Parts directly. A trained team runs general charism presentations; it does not deliver, replicate, or rebrand the formation days.
• Team members may not train, certify, or license others. Adding presenters means adding team seats.
• Materials may not be sold, sub-licensed, published, posted publicly, distributed outside the Diocese, or modified except where a material is expressly made for customization (the Next Steps Menu).
• The license is limited to the Diocese’s own territory and does not transfer to another diocese or organization.
• Team members present as the Diocese’s team, formed by Many Parts Ministries — not as Many Parts employees or representatives.

3. The team roster

• The team consists of the named individuals on the Diocese’s current roster, up to its tier (two, four, or six).
• When someone leaves the team, the Diocese notifies Many Parts and that person’s dashboard access ends. This is a privacy obligation to the people whose assessment results appear on the dashboard, and it is not optional.
• Replacement training seats included with the tier (one per year at four, two per year at six) do not roll over. Additional or out-of-tier replacements are $349 each; a replacement’s cohort seat is free at every tier. Tier upgrades pay the difference in that year’s pricing.

4. Assessment results and privacy

• Assessment results visible on the diocesan dashboard are available only to current, named team members and administrators.
• The Diocese uses results to serve the people who took the assessment — placement, accompaniment, and formation — and not for any other purpose.
• Any individual may ask for their results to be removed from the Diocese’s dashboard through [email protected], and the Diocese will not discourage such requests.

5. Ownership

All training content, presentation materials, assessment instruments, dashboards, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Many Parts Ministries. The Diocese owns its own customizations of the Next Steps Menu and the vision documents its team creates.

6. Term and renewal

• The license runs one year from registration and renews annually at the Diocese’s renewal rate (founding-cohort dioceses: locked at $499 for as long as renewal is continuous).
• If the license lapses, team members stop presenting under it and dashboard access is suspended. Renewal within a reasonable window restores both; a founding diocese that breaks continuity re-enters at then-current pricing.
• Either party may end the agreement with written notice; Many Parts may suspend access for material breach — including any delivery of the formation days or misuse of assessment data — after notice and a chance to make it right.
