Organization Orders: How Your Team Gets Access

Your Diocesan Team Membership is distributed through a single page called Organization Orders, inside your account. It’s the most important page in your program — and the step new teams miss most often.

In short: log in at manypartsministries.com → open the Organization Orders page → click the three dots next to your Diocesan Team Membership → View Details → add yourself (if you’re on the team), then add each team member. Two small clicks per person unlock the whole program.

The Two-Step Flow

Sign in at manypartsministries.com and go to Account → Organization Orders. You’ll see your Diocesan Team Membership listed. Click the three dots (⋮) next to it, then choose View Details.

Why this step trips people up: the Organization Orders list looks like a summary. The actual controls live behind the dots menu, not on the list itself.

2Add your team members

On the details page:

If you’re on the team yourself, use Add Yourself first. A seat is not automatically assigned to you at checkout — this is what makes your own library stop looking empty.
If you registered on the team’s behalf and won’t be presenting, skip Add Yourself — your team’s seats belong to the people who will.
Then use Add a Member for each person on your team, one at a time, up to the number of seats you purchased. Or send us your roster and we’ll add everyone for you.

Access is instant. As each person is added, their Volunteer Accompaniment Training and Presenter Training become available on their account — they’ll find everything in their Memberships when they log in with the email you entered, and they’ll get an auto-email from us confirming.

If you skip this: no one on your team gets access — including you. Your membership sits unused until someone is added on the Organization Orders page. It’s the single most common mistake, which is why this guide exists. Once you’ve added your team you won’t need to use this functionality again.

When Someone Leaves the Team

Let us know at [email protected] and remove them from the Organization Orders page — their dashboard access ends with their seat. Teams of four include one replacement seat a year, teams of six include two, and additional replacements are $349.
