Our mission is for you.
We are Many Parts Ministries and our mission is to make it a normal, expected part of Catholic adulthood to discern your charisms within the next 10-15 years. A Church where everyone knows their charisms is a Church that will overtake the world in a single generation.
Together, we are forming that generation.
We want to empower your parish to cooperate with the work of the Holy Spirit in a whole new way that improves your parish engagement, equips lay leaders, and decreases burnout, all while unlocking the fruits of the Holy Spirit in the lives of your parishioners in ways they have never experienced before.
Our approach to charism discernment is unique
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach that puts everyone through the same education or process, we want every person to be able to discern in the way that works best for them.
We provide the software solutions to assess for charisms & follow up
Our top-of-the-line charism assessment software allows individuals to take the assessment on any device and allows both individuals and organizations to take action on the results.
We also provide the ministry backbone to educate on charisms
We aren't just a software company, though - we also provide the ministry and education resources you need to make charism discernment clear and meaningful for all learning styles.
We don't rely on a single invitation to bring parishioners into charism discernment - we give you the tools to create a comprehensive experience that permeates every part of parish life.
New things take time to catch on, and if charism discernment is new to your parish we can't expect it to take off instantly in a sustainable way. We must play the long game - integrating charism discernment and commitment into parishioners' digital life, their families, their small groups, and their Sunday Mass community - in a way that invites them to discern well and commit faithfully to the use of their charisms for the long haul.
Thankfully, our resources give you a comprehensive guide to doing this without making more work for your already-strapped staff and lay leaders.
We want to help change the culture of your parish into one where the workings of the Holy Spirit are named, valued, and expressed with boldness by giving you the tools to integrate charism discernment into every part of parish life - from stewardship renewal to weekly homilies - so that it becomes the norm in your community to call out God's gifts and to use them well.
Our goal is to meet you where you're at with affordable, accessible, and faithful resources.
We desire to serve the Church at every level, making charism discernment approachable and attainable for all baptized Catholics. All of our resources are available digitally and accessible in our mobile app, but we also have hard copies of many resources for people who love to highlight, underline, and use Saint card bookmarks (we love that too).
We are here to support you, whether you know a lot about charisms or if they're brand new to you
The Parish Transformation Program is a lifetime deal that gives you everything you need to help your parishioners build the Church and gives you all the support you need to get every drop of value out of your program.
Our Digital Assessment
Our charism assessment process is the most user-friendly in the industry, set up to work entirely online, on-demand, and comes with a beautiful, personalized PDF report with clear next steps. Transformation clients get steep discounts on our already affordable assessment.
Assessment Results Dashboard
Parishes get access to their charism assessment results with export (& API support coming soon), so you’re never without a way to follow up and continue the conversation via email or in person. This is normally $99+/year and is included free in all programs.
Implementation Handbook
Our Implementation Handbook is a comprehensive guide designed to equip you with the planning, tools, and administrative backbone to implement a sustainable program of discovering, discerning, and committing to charisms in your parish community.
Comprehensive Support for Members
Every parishioner who enrolls under your program will get not only their own charism assessment, but also access to lots of other resources for them to use independently to learn more about charisms and discernment. The value for every person is $27.
Volunteer Accompaniment Training
Your program includes eight seats to our peer accompaniment training, so members of your team can support others in discerning their charisms. Each volunteer is trained to facilitate both one-on-one and small group discernment.
Comprehensive Support for You
In the Transformation Program you have access to a dedicated Account Manager, a custom Strategic Plan for your parish, and support office hours to make sure that you're always supported to take the next step in your program.
It all starts with our charism assessment...
Our assessment is the only option that auto-adjusts to the person taking it, accounting for their age, vocation, and baptismal status. There are separate questions for teens 14-20 and adults to ensure everyone receives accurate results. At the end everyone receives their own custom PDF report to guide their discernment journey.

My name is Jill Simons. I am Executive Director of MPM, and I created this program with my team.
I have been obsessed with charisms since I was 17 years old, which is also when I first discovered how little there was available to learn about charisms. I have spent the last 17 years learning about charisms through the writings of the Popes, the Catechism, early Church fathers, and the lives of the saints, as well as the instruction of the Holy Spirit through the hundreds of people He has graciously allowed me to accompany in one-on-one charism discernment.
I am humbled to get to create these charism discernment resources for a new generation of Catholics alongside my amazing team. I hope that these resources minister to your heart and help reveal where the Holy Spirit is calling you to further build the Church.
