First and foremost, we want to support your leadership's vision for this work — your executive director, your founder, or whoever carries the charge. The vision the Holy Spirit has given them is unique to your mission, and it is the most important thing to center in any conversation about charism discernment in your organization.
Every organization that has flourished with our resources started from a clear vision. It is what makes the next step obvious at every stage.
These seven questions take about ten minutes. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to send it. If you complete it, you have the option to send it to our team before your call, so we can spend our time together on what actually serves your mission.
A sentence or two is plenty. If you have a strategic plan, a mission statement, or something your director keeps returning to, we'd love to hear about it.

It's really helpful to know that. Print this page. Take these questions to your director and come to our conversation with their thoughts rather than a guess, so we can spend our time together in the most helpful way possible.
Gifts inventories, strengths assessments, volunteer placement tools. What happened, and where did it fall short? There is no wrong answer here — knowing what has already been tried helps us make helpful and relevant suggestions.
Describe it concretely. What would you see in your work, or hear from a volunteer, that you do not see or hear now?
