Your team runs general charism presentations anywhere in your diocese — parish evenings, rural missions, staff mornings, ministry retreats. At the end of an event, the Next Steps Menu is the leave-behind: print the version that matches your diocese and hand it out.
(The six charism formation days — staff, catechists, deacons, priests, and schools — are delivered by Many Parts directly and aren’t part of the team license. Your team runs everything else.)
When someone leaves: tell us at [email protected] and remove them on the Organization Orders page — their dashboard access ends with their seat. Teams of four include one replacement seat a year, teams of six include two; additional replacements are $349, and a replacement’s cohort seat is free at every tier.
Your membership renews at $499/year — the same at every team size, locked at that rate for founding dioceses for as long as renewal is continuous. The renewal carries everything ongoing: dashboard, office hours, formation sessions, and the $6.99 assessment rate.
