We then give your parish the tools to help parishioners opt in to ministries that complement their gifts and continue to reach out with intentional invitations.

Run a parish program

All of our parish programs are lifetime, so that you can invest fully without keeping one eye on the calendar or budgeting for a subscription year after year. Use the community that you want to invite into discernment and the level of support you would like from our team to choose your program level.

Assessments past your allotment bill at your program’s rate, which is lower than buying them one at a time. And whatever you spend on your program in year one (less assessments) credits toward moving up a tier later, so starting at any tier rolls over to higher tiers when the time comes.

A formation day

Start with something easy, stress-free, and familiar. We come for a day, teach about identity, charisms, and discernment, and everyone leaves having taken the assessment and with a plan for further discernment.

Six formation days are already built and ready to run — for parish staff, catechists, school faculty, clergy, and diocesan staff.

Build your own team

We train your people to support charism discernment across your diocese.

If you have one or several people who could devote time to this, you don’t need us in the room for every event. You need your people trained, equipped, and supported to disciple your diocese.

This program includes two consecutive virtual mornings of live team training, with afternoons spent working as a team at your own chancery. Your team builds its own vision: which parishes first, what your events look like, what you’ll invite people and parishes into next. Everyone starts Volunteer Accompaniment Training and Presenter Training as soon as you register.

Every team gets:

• Both trainings for each person.
• Two live virtual mornings plus the replay.
• Dashboard training built for the diocesan model.
• A diocesan assessment dashboard with every parish beneath it.
• Office hours.
• Two live formation sessions a year, every year.
• Assessments at $6.99 any time, billed at actual count.

The founding cohort meets January 19–20, 2027, and new cohorts run every January and August after that. Founding pricing locks for as long as you keep renewing. The training is recorded, so if your team can’t attend live you get the full recording plus a live seat at the next cohort — and your courses and dashboard start immediately either way.

Get resources to every parish

A diocesan subscription puts the whole library in the hands of every parish at once, instead of each parish buying its own.

Choose what fits: Core Adult, Core Youth, All Core, Bible Study, or the Spirit Rising youth curriculum. Every parish gets the full library of that subscription — everything they need to begin their own formation to support their parish.

Provide the charism assessment at scale

If you are primarily interested in providing the charism assessment to as many people in your diocese as possible, we would love to help you do that.

• Diocesan rates: $5.99 per assessment with the Core subscriptions and the Diocesan Charism Campaign, $6.99 with the access subscriptions.
• Parishioners can pay their own way at that same discounted rate, which means making it available can cost the diocese very little.
• All open links are billed at actual count, and you can set a ceiling cost so you never face charges outside what you budgeted for.
